Summary: I was debating if to give it 4 or 5 star and ended up giving it a 4 star. I have to say that all was perfect except the room that we got. It was right next to the reception (room 402). I booked a room with a view and got a room with a partial view which most was trees and a building and on the left side we could see the beautiful views. I chose this hotel by the reviews and the beautiful views they offered. I was very disappointed and unhappy with the room we got and I mentioned it to the receptionist. When we checked in and saw the room, we asked if we can move to a different room but was told it was fully booked. On our 3rd day, I saw again the same receptionist and mentioned again how disappointed I was with our room and he told me that if I want to switch, he can give us a better room but it didn’t matter any more because we were there for 4 days 4 nights. On our last day, it was mentioned to me that there were only 3 or 4 totally rooms booed at the hotel so I went back to the reception and told him that I really don’t understand why we couldn’t be moved and he told me that the manager will reach out to me. Which she never did. So if you want a room with a view, I would not recommend room 402.
