This magnificent four bedroom property is the perfect place to wake up and literally hear the waves as the sun rises.The location looks over the Bondi to Brontë walk .It has a large balcony overlooking the ocean with magnificent views ,and has parking for three cars including a lock up garage .
Inside it has a full kitchen with butlers pantry , three double bedrooms upstairs and another downstairs .It has two bathrooms including an ensuite.
This light filled house has everything you’ll love about beachside living ,with a large verandah at the front overlooking the beach with furniture and an enclosed back courtyard which has a bbq and outdoor dining table and chairs.
Indoors it has an open plan kitchen ,air conditioning through the whole house including downstairs plus wifi and TV and a number of streaming services.
The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including a fridge, stove ,microwave ,toaster ,kettle and coffee machine .
Two of the bedrooms have king beds and the third has a double , and downstairs by a spiral staircase is another queen size bed.The bedrooms are all air conditioned with ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms as well .There is built in wardrobes in the upstairs bedrooms.There is a washing machine and dryer in the garage .
During your stay you will have the space to yourself including the balcony overlooking the ocean and courtyard at the rear of the property.We do have neighbours above us and ask that you be respectful of them.
You are a five minute walk to tamarama beach and a two minute walk to Mackenzie bay.Ten minute walk to Bondi beach and all its restaurant and bars .There is always something to enjoy at every moment of the day.
