The Masters bedroom has a King sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds; sleeps a total of 4. The neighbourhood is very friendly just a short job away from Balls Head reserve. There are cafes for breakfast and lunch, restaurants in the evening, IGA supermarket, pharmacy, bowling club, liqour shop, dentist, liqour shop, and meat shop. It is only one suburb away from Crows Nest or North Sydney. The area is great for couples and families of all ages with plenty of parks and great view points to explore. Getting Around: Waverton station is less than 5 minutes away where you can take a train to go to downtown Sydney, the Opera House, Town Hall, the airports, or the Central train station. It is also a walking distance to North Sydney CBD and there is a bus nearby to take you to McMahon's Point ferry terminal where you can go to Circular Quay and transfer to a Manly, Parramatta, or Watsons's Bay ferry. Waverton also has great lookouts or vantage point to best view the city skyline, the beautiful harbour, the bridge and for watching the sunset. The management reserves the right to request for ID's of all adult guests staying right after booking prior to check in for security purposes. House Rules: • Not suitable for infants (under 2 years) • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 3PM House Manual Please note that the required security or damage deposit is fully refundable and collected by the property management a week before arrival. Also note that we only pre-authorize the damage deposit though we still collect but we only pre-authorize so just please ensure there is enough funds :) The deposit can only be paid by credit card as nothing can be collected on arrival due to the fact that we have no front desk at the property and provide a self check-in process to all guests. Please be reminded there is a non-refundable 3.3% bank charge paying with a credit card. We return your damage deposit by the same credit card guests use to make the deposit and refund the amount after the cleaners inspection. The refund of the damage deposit should reflect back in the guests account within 4 to 6 days after check-out depending from bank to bank. Please note that a copy of valid photo ID's of all adult guests staying are required after booking for security purposes as there is no front desk at the property on the day of check-in and we will be extending much trust. We do this after your booking so that your check-in day is simple, fast and no fuzz. It will be an easy breeze not like typical hotel check-ins: no lines, no waiting, just check-in right away :) Self check-in details are sent to guests 2 days before arrival.
