Summary: Room was tidy but there were no basic toiletries or coffee/tea, although there was a jug for boiling water. I had to make a special request for these before they were provided. Also, & more importantly, internet sevice was unstable making it difficult for me to send or receive messages & when I tried to get assistance, the bedside phone was not working. I had to go down to reception to get internet & phone fixed. Thankfully it was only 1 night. Unlikely that I would come back again.
