Positive: The heated pool

Negative: Chalet was little old. Could do with some renovation. Staff were meh. There was a huge toad in the main bedroom. Gross. The road to the Reserve was a nightmare. Huge potholes and the conditions were down trodden. How are guests meant to enjoy the activities advertised if it's hell getting there. It was pouring heavily when we got there and I didn't get proper directions to get to my chalet. It was guesswork and frustrating. The electricity kept tripping. There was one particular very stubborn lady at reception. Also you got to drive in for reception and back out to get to your chalet.
