Positive: We stayed at this property for 2 nights and we had a wonderful time. The staff and manager are so helpful and friendly they just made our stay so comfortable and easy. The location of this property is 100/10 it's beautiful right on the Odayam beach. The room was clean and very much spacious with a huge attached balcony overlooking the Arabian sea and a big washroom with all the needful. It's a small property and just a year old and though they do not have their own parking as of now, they arranged parking in a nearby property ( Blue water) just 2 mins walking and it was totally safe. Also I'd also like to mention that their complimentary breakfast is a gala spread. Tasty healthy and plenty. I highly recommend this property!

Negative: A small con we found was there were no tables or shelves where we could keep and open the luggage... We have to keep it on the floor and open it. The walls need a bit of painting as it seems that the paint needs a bit of maintenance. Very minor observations as I'm very finicky and hence couldn't help but notice. Rest there's genuinely nothing negative about this property.
