Wonga Cottage is a modern country style home that backs onto stunning bushland.

The sunroom with floor to ceiling windows looking over bushland provides the perfect place to watch the birds with a cuppa and crackling fire for those cold misty mountain days. Relax indoors with a soak in the deep bath overlooking the bushland, and enjoy the 2 wood burner fireplaces, board games, books, toys and smart tv with Netflix.

Or head outside and enjoy the wooden deck with beautiful views of the bushland leading to the backyard, BBQ, fire pit, swing and trampoline. Follow the little wooden pathway into the bush and you will find a little deck with a timber bench seat surrounded by bushland, a truly tranquil spot to enjoy all that nature has to offer us. You might even spot some wallabies in the backyard.

There are local cafes within walking distance and the towns of Katoomba and Leura are just 10 minutes drive. The Blue mountains area is full of world class bushwalking tracks, outlooks and waterfalls.

A starter welcome pack of firewood, firelighters, and matches is provided during the firewood season for your first night.
Further firewood and firelighters can be purchased at the local petrol stations.




FEES


Base Tariff includes 3 people and extra guests are charged an extra fee per person, per night.
Pet Fees are applicable and are applied separately and in addition to the online booking total.
Pets are $25 per pet, per night.




PETS


Pets are payable at $25 per pet/per night and are paid in addition to the reservation cost after you have booked.
Please advise if you are bringing pets and a payment request will be sent after you have booked to pay.
Please ensure that you have paid for your pets if you would like to bring them.
Pets are strictly prohibited on furniture, beds, linen, and blankets.
Please bring your pet's own bedding to rest on, food and drink bowls, and pet poo bags.
Ensure all pet business is cleaned up and disposed of upon departure.
Please ensure your pets are well-behaved and cause no damage to the house, furniture or garden, and do not disturb the neighbours.
Fines are applicable if these terms and conditions are breached.




9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW


Due to the close proximity of neighbours near to the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas.
Please ensure you are super quiet when outside during this time.




IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY


Please note that this property is not available to hold lunches and dinners, or any other gatherings for people who are not booked to stay at the property.
The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation.




NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY


Please note that this property has a very strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy.
Under no circumstances is this a party house or venue.
The neighbours are in very close proximity as it is a very quiet and peaceful residential area.
Please note there will be an immediate eviction without a refund if there is a breach of our terms conditions.




PAYMENT POLICY


Bookings are only confirmed once a minimum deposit of 50% is paid 30 days or greater to the arrival booking date.
The balance payment plus the refundable security bond are due 30 days to the arrival booking date.
Full payment plus the refundable security bond are required when booked less than 30 days to the arrival booking date.
Please note that all payments processed by Accommodated are subject to a 2.9% payment gateway transaction fee.
Payments will appear as *SEC ACCOMMODATED BYRON BAY/LENNOX HEAD NSW* on your bank statement.
By making payment/s for your booking it is deemed you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.
Bond refunds are processed 7 days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.




CANCELLATION POLICY


Cancellations 60 days or greater to the arrival date, incur a $5.00 non-refundable channel manager fee.
Cancellations 30 - 59 days to the arrival date will forfeit 50% of the full tariff.
Cancellations within 30 days to the arrival date will forfeit 100% of the full tariff.
If the person who booked is prohibited by law to travel due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to a year in advance, with one free date change.
Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of any events, functions, booked activities, or any other changed circumstances guests may experience and as such any cancellations due to the above mentioned issues, will be governed by our cancellation policy.
