Summary: Lack of Proper information at check-in . My wife wanted to surprise me by paying for my room and she paid for my room before my check in. At my check-in I was told to make the payment in advance and I did . Later my wife told me she already paid for my room as a surprise .Refund was given to me later. Little smile was hard to find . Don't understand why. Over all it was a bad experience . I
