Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Convenient stay right in the Hampi bazaar. Easily within walking distance if the major attractions and plenty of tuktuks around if you want a ride. Hot water was nicely hot, a pleasant surprise. Accommodating hosts, checked me in around 9:30am and let me extend a day with no fuss.

Negative: Room was relatively small; okay by myself but maybe cramped if you're a couple. There was a window that didn't seem possible to close. There was a screen, but it did let in quite a lot of noise from the street. This got quiet around 10pm though, so not a huge deal.
