THE SPACE
The apartment offers a lovely outdoor entertainment area with a private pool which overlooks the whole of Clifton, perfectly positioned for you to enjoy the evening sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean with direct access to the famous 1st Beach and Moses Beach.
SECURITY:
There are only two units in the building offering you privacy and security, with cameras surrounding the exterior of the property, an alarm system, a security gate and private parking for your car. Two golden retriever dogs live upstairs and ensure safety for the property when a stranger approaches.
