Positive: I like the fact that the property is very secure, with monitored and controlled entrances, and all amenities are within a 5-minute walk (Point Waterfront Beach and uShaka Marine/South Beach).

Negative: The pool wasn’t cleaned, so kids couldn’t access it. We’re blaming the body corporate/caretaker for not overseeing it.
