An easy flat walk to everything in Newport - 5 minutes walk to the beach & cafés, 3 minutes to Pittwater and 4 minutes to the amazing Justin Hemmes renovated ‘The Newport’ for a lazy afternoon lunch overlooking the Pittwater. Our home is a bright and has open plan living areas, perfect for family living and entertaining. The living area flows seamlessly onto large outdoor undercover deck with an outdoor dining and seperate lounge area which makes it perfect for entertaining. The house has 5 large bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 12 people. With a state of the art kitchen and appliances, this is the perfect place to cook up a storm over the holiday season! Ducted air conditioning is at your disposal for those extra hot nights when there is no sea breeze. The backyard is level and fully fenced with a fabulous large solar heated swimming pool. There is a massive trampoline for the kids to jump on and a large area of grass for the kids to play on. Our outdoor shower (hot/cold) is great for washing sandy kids after a day at the beach. We have wonderful neighbourhood and fantastic neighbours that will welcome you with open arms. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with off street parking for 2 cars (the garage is not available) with 6 push bikes available.
