Positive: We liked how friendly and accommodating the staff are from the moment you step in till the moment you leave. The food was great I recommend getting half board and getting dinner at the hotel, they even had someone sing live at dinner. Nothing to complain about, room was immaculate and clean and food was great and had a great variety of dishes and cuisines! Glad we came off season so the price was reasonable, during peak season the price is double or more.

Negative: Not really a negative but something I never had to go through in other hotels is waiting in line to get breakfast. The restaurant is a bit on the smaller side it could use some expansion. We had to wait like 10-15 minutes to get a table for breakfast and we were already late, it was almost breakfast closing time, but staff were pretty helpful and we ordered things they brought to the table, and food still there even after breakfast closing time. That’s why I said not really a negative but I do think with how busy the restaurant gets it should be bigger. That’s why tells you how great the food is!
