Positive: Absolutely exceptional, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left - the team did everything to make us feel welcome on their lovely property. Cant really fault anything from the room, the cleanliness of the property and facilities, the food was outstanding in the restaurant. The team took a special effort to take us down the road to see a pride of lions on an adjacent property, and we took a lovely game walk one morning. Did I mention the staff :0) - the team at Sunbirds are what makes this stay super special, from the owner to the security, from the restaurant staff to the cleaners, I honestly haven't felt hospitality like this in a long long time Couple of constructive feedback thoughts........... Breakfast seemed to arrive to the buffet over the course of an hour, not a major issue but was slightly inconvenient on the last day when we needed to leave dead on 8am. On the day we arrived to breakfast 9am breakfast was cold - I guess you need to time it right - but that's being super picky, the choice was fantastic and the food was tasty. Seems like a missed opportunity not to have a sofa bed on the living area in the premium room - we'd have been perfectly happy to have one room for 2 adults/1 kid rather than 2. Also, need blinds or curtains for the upstairs windows considering the thunder storms during the winter lit up the bedroom.
