Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was excellent, the entire complex was very pretty and we could not stop taking photos. The chkin and chk out was very quick and efficient. Buggies are available for those who dont want to walk. But its worth mentioning that for a new property the staff are not only extremely well trained but they are excellent, very polite and caring. And the food...its absolutely delicious - especially the Himachali food, the pickles and jams made by the chefs in house.

Negative: We had booked a mountian view room but there are no rooms with mountain view, so this should be removed from the site They compensated us by including dinners in our package. Being a new property the gym and pool is still not functional but this is known while booking.
