Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We stayed during 2 nights in Nov. '25 and enjoyed our stay. The host is very friendly and helpful. E.g. she went out of her way to get us dinner as we were arriving late. Also: because our first game drive went overtime, she kept a full 'breakfast' until 1200 for us, which turned into lunch for us! The rooms where we stayed were not the most modern but clean and more than big enough for us. We didn't get the TV to work (probably our own fault), so we watched Formula 1 on our iPad as WiFi was good & fast. Nice garden, nice & clean pool - did use it. Breakfast was nice with choice of eggs + fruit yoghurt + juice +coffee + toast, etc. Location is OK as it is +/- 15-20 mins from Addo main gate but it's a bit unhandy that there's no restaurants open / within easy driving distance, especially at night (probably no Uber available) but as mentioned: our host fixed us dinner the first evening (2nd evening we had dinner in Schotia private game reserve). Game drives were OK and value for money. All in all: very nice place with family style atmosphere and friendly host; we recommend a stay here.
