The house has been used exclusively as a family holiday home for the past 10 years with the result that it is comfortable, bright, and relaxing. It is positioned on the Golf Course, just 800m from the beach and even closer to the heart of the village, making it the perfect base for your coastal escape.
The two-story home has spacious front and back gardens and a covered carport. Step inside from the front garden into a modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with a small scullery housing a washing machine and an inverter to keep you comfortable during any power outages.
The kitchen flows into a cozy lounge, which opens onto a full-length balcony – one of the most beloved spots in the house. Here, you’ll find a built-in braai, comfortable seating, a large dining table, and a dartboard, making it ideal for gatherings and relaxation.
