Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: the facilities are newly constructed, rooms were spacious, great location with access to shops etc. Breakfast was decent/good.

Negative: The linen didn't look fresh nor clean to the standard it should be. They need to do something about the noise pollution i experienced everywhere, the reception, the rooms on the different floors. The reception has SaltStayz promo video and music playing on loop right next to the presidential suites/rooms which is totally unnecessary and very noisy. I could hear staff playing music on their mobile phones while servicing the rooms, not being considerate there can be guests sleeping in the next rooms. I was literally woken up at 6am after a long night with a room resident and staff talking to each other about facilities
