Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Ronil Goa – JDV by Hyatt. The hotel is beautifully designed, stylish and relaxing. After a day in the colorful chaos of Goa, coming back to Ronil felt like returning to a peaceful oasis. The staff made our stay especially memorable. Everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful. They always checked that we enjoyed the food, even prepared special dishes for us, gave us great recommendations for places, restaurants and bars, and helped us arrange taxis at fair prices – even negotiating with drivers for us. A special thank you to Sara, Bipasha, Ishwary, Anil, Kin, Peter, Imti and Chef Gopal, and also to all the other team members whose names we don’t know – every staff member we met was lovely and provided excellent service. My daughter also really enjoyed her massage at the spa. Thank you to RD for the warm welcome and explanations, and to the excellent massage therapist. Highly recommended. We would happily come back! ❤️
