Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Friendly staff, Close to the airport - 7 to 8 kms. Lots of taxi options, Flexible check-in/out hours, Comfortable bed & back cushion, Wardrobes & furniture like table/chairs in the room, Warm water from the shower almost instantly, Spacious room - bedroom & bathroom, Good A/C, TV connection with Netflix, jio etc - but the remote was faulty, Room was clean enough, Lockable main door, Wifi connection was very good, Good number of cafes & eateries near by

Negative: 1. Toiletries provided were the ones left off by the previous guest (the soap pack was opened & shampoo bottle was half empty) 2. Very limited food option - note: they order it from the nearby restaurant & deliver to the room. However, for the price I paid for the room, I would expect better food options. 3. I could literally touch the nearby building from my room's window, it was that close. So, basically a pointless window. If you are claustrophobic, watch out 4. Despite keeping the window shut, I could hear the honking & noise from vehicles for full 24 hours 5. Narrow corridor & tiny lift. 6. Lighting was not to my taste - just yellow lights, no tubes or warm white light. 8. Minor point - Cloth rack in the bathroom was broken & TV remote was faulty, 7. Please hire staff who can speak the local language. Let's respect the local culture first.
