Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: 1. The staff; exceptionally friendly and will go above and beyond for guests. 2. Food, although with limited options, was quite well made and delicious. Be it room service or breakfast buffet, the latter didn’t compromise taste or quality. 3. Open spaces; unlike a conventional hotel, rooms open up to a lawn and don’t feel crammed up.

Negative: 1. The rooms are poorly maintained if at all! The walls had water damage, the door lock wasn’t working the key kept rotating to no effect and it wouldn’t unlock. The TV remote wasn’t paired with the TV. Cobwebs, insects and flies throughout the room. 2. The private pool/tub area was terrible. To begin with, there was no way to plug the tub drain and it was filled with giant ants. The walls were damaged with sand and plaster dropping off. There was a barbed wired on the wall across the pool, although necessary, the proximity to guest rooms is scary and total vibe killer. 3. The menu is quite limited with no local dishes. I was expecting Rajasthani delicacies to be a part of it to no avail. Honestly, it looked way better in photos than in person. The price didn’t justify the room or state of facilities.

Summary: Rooms need better maintenance among few other area that require polish!
