Positive: The service provided by all hotel staff and especially Mr Manesh was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Mr Manesh arranged a fabulous English speaking guide and great safari trips, he also very kindly organised train tickets to our next destination. The team in the restaurant were very attentive and smiley. The hotel is in a lovely and quiet location yet not far from the madness of the town and just 10 mins from the park. Thoroughly recommend staying here!
