Negative: the air conditioning in the bedroom did not work. the room was very stuffy and hot when i went to leave with 4 bags in my arms - a staff member was in the lift and saw me but decided to close the doors when i was a few metres away from the life that was annoying and rude and sums up why i likely won't be back
