Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The place is lovely, and the pool is big and nice. The rooms are also spacious, the bathrooms are huge and everything was clean. We were an all women group and it felt very safe and comfortable. The staff is available but not intrusive. I could speak to the manager through whatsapp. The Wifi was on and off, and slow though

Negative: We had a billing of upwards of 25000 but they insisted i pay for ice. ICE! and it was 200 rupees. They didn't tell us it was charged and when we were leaving, they insisted that they could not waive off this charge. It left a really bad taste in our mouth.

Summary: Spacious rooms, clean pool with just one thing that made it less than perfect
