Positive: The room layout is comfortable, and I appreciated that the bed linen and washroom were clean. However, the overall room condition feels slightly dated. The curtains, in particular, had visible stains and would benefit from refurbishment. The property has good potential, but attention to upkeep and service pacing would elevate the stay significantly.

Negative: The hotel seems to operate at very high occupancy, which makes it feel overcrowded at times. Service appears stretched, and that impacts the overall experience. It doesn’t feel seamless or relaxed. In-room dining was disappointing — food arrived cold, which took away from the comfort of dining in.
