Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Staff friendliness, particularly Nibaran on the front desk. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread and staff was good too.

Negative: Bathroom sliding doors were a bit odd but got used to it! Smell in the room was sometimes stong of mould/rotten. Also noticeable in the hotel corridors so maybe something to do with air circulation. I lost my jacket on day of checking out, and it took several days and chasing emails for the hotel to respond, which was disappointing.
