Recently refurbished with open plan living dining area, with large windows looking down to beach. Modern, tasteful furnishings with whitewashed wooden flooring throughout.
Two good sized bedrooms, both with queensize beds and modern furnishings.

Very new kitchen offers all mod cons including dishwasher, microwave and double door fridge.
Both bedrooms and living room have lovely views to the beach, ocean and the Bouddi headland. Private outdoor dining area looks straight down to beach.
Beautiful Macmasters Beach is just a few minutes walk away from the house .The area is surrounded by the Bouddi National Park, with its stunning secluded beaches, as well as spectacular coastal and bush walks.
Just 1hour 30 minutes drive from Sydney, Macmasters Beach is an excellent swimming and surfing beach, with tidal pool, kiosk (open daily) and picnic areas with BBQ facilities at the southern end. Surf Club dining room and bar opens on Friday and Sunday evenings.
. Copacabana beach is a short 10-15 minute walk along the sand where you will find shops ,cafes and restaurants.
The Kincumber Village Shopping Centre, including Coles, an excellent butcher, bottle shop and takeaway food outlets is a 10 minute drive. Cinemas, restaurants, shops and ice rink can all be found at Erina Fair complex a 20 minute drive away.
