“Horizon 13” is a delightful brand new single-storey family home in Coronet Bay, perfectly positioned for a relaxing coastal getaway. Just a comfortable walk from Coronet Bay Beach and the Coronet General Store, and a short drive to the supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés of San Remo, the home is also within easy reach of the nearby attractions of Phillip Island. Offering a comfortable and relaxing space for families and groups, Horizon 13 is a wonderful base from which to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The large open-plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room provides a comfortable space for guests to relax and come together. The Living Room (with a 65" Smart TV and a selection of board games/cards/books and magazines) provides access to the covered rear Deck, creating a lovely indoor-outdoor connection. A central hallway leads to five Bedrooms, including Bedroom 1 with a WIR and Ensuite (with shower & toilet), Bedrooms 2, 3 & 5 (each with BIR), and Bedroom 4. The main Bathroom (with freestanding bath & shower) and a separate Toilet with handwash basin are also conveniently located off the central hallway. The fully equipped Laundry (with commercial Speed Queen washing machine and clothes dryer) is conveniently integrated into the Butler's Pantry near the Kitchen.
Outdoor Areas
The large covered rear Deck features an inviting 6-seater electric spa, perfect for guests to unwind and relax, a plumbed-in electric BBQ and 10-seater dining table. The fully enclosed rear Yard features a large outdoor play set (with swings, rings, monkey bars and punching bag) on synthetic grass, making it ideal for families with children. The Garage also features a foosball table and a table tennis table for guests to enjoy during their stay.
The property offers parking for up to 6 cars, with 1 space in the single Garage, 2 in the Driveway, 1 in the crushed-rock parking bay and 2 on the nature strip. The parking bay can also accommodate a boat up to 9 metres long, with no height restriction.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and electric ceramic cooktop.
Heating/Cooling Systems
The home features ducted heating and cooling throughout, providing year-round comfort. Guests can adjust the temperature using the central control panel, with the option to turn off individual bedroom and bathroom zones as required.

Long single mattress dimensions are approximately 91cm x 203cm and converted King bed dimensions are approximately 180cm x 203cm.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program.
