Travel Purpose: business

Positive: It has an amazing view and a swimming pool. When I was there it was very quiet, so very peaceful. The rooms have a decent size and good furniture. The balcony is lovely. They allowed me to get into my room early. For breakfast they cook to order, but the selection is more limited than the menu. The area is very quiet but lovely near the Norbulingka institute. There is nothing much to do but if you have to be there, it's great!

Negative: The room could have been cleaner, there was lots of dust and ants running around the room. Personnel was not always available to answer questions (especially an absence of English-speaking personnel). This was particularly an issue when there was an extended power outage (affecting the whole region so not their fault). The internet gave up and there was basically no support.
