It sits in the peaceful rural locality of Little River, just a short 48-minute drive from Melbourne. The tiny house is nestled on the river bend, offering a picturesque view of the flowing waters. To the right, it also offers breathtaking vistas of the stunning You Yangs mountains. You Yangs Regional Park is just a quick 10-minute drive away.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised there will be another tiny house that sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups. please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings. We kindly advise guests to only stay in the large paddock where the tiny homes are located, spanning approximately 50 acres, as well as the areas along the river.
Please refrain from crossing to the opposite side of the river and avoid proximity to the main house on the property.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.
