REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable security deposit may be taken as an authorisation hold 2 days prior to check out and released no more than 7 days later. Some or all of the security deposit may be captured if there has been negligent behaviour or intentional damage to the property.
EMERGENCY CALL OUT COSTS - If the Fire and/or Emergency Services are called out due to a guest fault (including for false fire alarm call outs) the fee will be passed on to the guest to pay.
PETS - Small dogs (max 2) are welcome at the property. There is a cost of $120 per pet per stay. Please make sure you clean up their poo during your stay and upon departure. Please don`t allow you pets to sleep on the furniture and in beds.
LOST KEYS OR LOCKED OUT - In the event that keys are lost/ damaged/ locked inside the property any time during your stay or check-out, we may need to call a locksmith and additional expenses will be charged to your account.
