Situated on a popular tourist route in the heart of Katoomba, very close to the Three Sisters, Echo Point precinct, Scenic World and famous walks. Only a short stroll or drive to the town centre and all its vibrancy, loved by locals and visitors alike.
Filled with light and character, this delightful cottage comprises a wonderful circular living room with slow combustion fireplace and cosy dining. There are two large bedrooms, a charming original yet simple bathroom with a bathtub and heat lamps, and a decent kitchen.
A cute little separate studio with a double click-clack sofa bed and a desk that is situated at the back of the garage and is 10m from the main house. Please note there are no bathroom facilities in the studio. The garage is also not for guest use.
The cool climate garden is planted out with fragrant blooms, fruit trees, berries and a herb garden. The property is fully fenced to keep kids and animals safe. The mature hedging side and front provide a natural screen giving you a sense of privacy and seclusion. In the afternoon, sit on the back deck and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the filtered escarpment views and the valley beyond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations 60 days or greater to the arrival date, incur a $5.00 non-refundable channel manager fee.
Cancellations 30 - 59 days to the arrival date will forfeit 50% of the full tariff.
Cancellations within 30 days to the arrival date will forfeit 100% of the full tariff.
If the person who booked is prohibited by law to travel due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to a year in advance, with one free date change.
