The 3rd floor has and elegant and expansive living and dining space with Daikin reverse-cycle air conditioning to ensure a cool summer and a cosy winter. There is a fully equipped kitchen (Miele dishwasher, Smeg oven, Ilve gas stove top and microwave). The top floor has a large balcony with breathtaking views. There is a Weber BBQ for the master chef. The bathroom has a walk in shower and a large round spa with stunning views.
The penthouse has three bedrooms with supremely comfortable beds, eco-friendly, whisper-quiet Haiku ceiling fans and Daikin reverse-cycle air conditioning. We provide quality Sheridan bed linen and blackout blinds for a deeply restful nights sleep. Sheridan Bath and beach towels are also provided. On the 2nd floor there is a rumpus or informal living space (smart TV, upright piano) as well as a separate study/ work space. Fast wifi. There is a large bathroom with walk in shower, Miele washing machine and dryer.
