Positive: Overall the place was good. It is normally clean and tidy if the guests take care of the common areas. The bed was super comfortable and warm. Temperature was good for me, but for your reference there is no aircon only fans in the room I stayed in. I like the convenience of your own little work space, clothes rack and also mini fridge. Coding system to enter the premises and rooms are pretty cool too. Outdoor terrace was lovely to be on, however, I would reccommend outdoor seating.

Negative: The bathroom leaks water from the shower when in use which is a slip/fall hazard. Toilet should have some sanitising wipes as a few times I gone to use the toilet, it had pee and what appeared to be pubic hair seat. I don't think wiping with just toilet paper is sanitary. Although this directly isn't a property problem more of a guest problem, still need to raise it. There were 2 nights where a couple staying in the room next to me were having an intense argument, slamming doors, yelling, items being throw within the room - this went on for some time I believe until 3/4 in the morning. I could clearly hear this happening throughout the night back and forth arguing but I couldn't make out what they were arguing about entirely, I just know they seemed under the influence of something and the fella was fed up with her. I wasn't sure if there were any other guests in other rooms as I only saw the couple and 1 other guy throughout but I wasn't sure if he was still there. I didn't feel it was safe for me to contact the property at the time as I was long-term stay and they seemed like they too were long-term. By the way they were acting it seemed like they actually lived there. I didn't want to contact the property in worries they would turn their agression onto me, incase we were the only other guests and the property contacted them on my behalf. It got to the point I needed to use the bathroom but I didn't want to get caught in the argument as I had to walk past their room and they were in and out of their room and exiting the premises and reentering. The very next day about 11pm the arguing started again this time not as intense, but still disturbing and I couldn't get much sleep. The day after they seemed like they made up and were laughing and getting on as if nothing had happened. It was pretty intense and unfortunate for me triggered my PTSD and couldn't go back to sleep until daylight.
