Positive: The owner is so incredible nice and helpful! Such a wonderful person! Booking.com made a mistake (again), did not inform the owner of my arrival and blocked the accomodation on the website. With whatsapp I found this out 2 hours before my arrival. The owner was completely surprised and quiickly organized me a nice room and a lady to let me in. I was so happy!!! Thank you so much!
