The main residence has 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with a full kitchen and generous living and dining areas. The second home adds 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, with its own kitchen, living room and laundry.
Two kitchens. Two living areas. Somewhere for the early risers to make coffee without waking the house. Grandparents and small children can settle in one home while a late night runs on in the other. Nobody queues for a shower.
