Laundry with washing machine & dryer. Triple lock up garage/breezeway ideal for launching the boat down into the canal to your own private jetty. (Please note the owner also has a boat tied to the jetty). There is 2 bicycles & 2 kayak's for guest use. FREE WIFI. LINEN INCLUDED.
